I called Chase immediately and they informed me that they can't access my account and their system is having some issues. They then told me that I have to call them back in a few hours to get an update. In the meantime, my coworker who also has a chase account can access her account just fine.
I am hoping that this is not a huge issue but it's nerve wrecking when you have bills going through!
I'll just have to sit on my thumbs for a couple of more hours. Is anyone else having this issue with Chase?
